At our classes you will learn Modern Bollywood, Bhangra & Giddha (women's Bhangra) steps, movements, sequences and choreographies.
In addition we also help you to improve your postural alignment, strengthen and strecth your body with Pilates for dance, Dynamic Yoga & Partner Yoga techniques.
